"101, MILKY WAY" is a true treasure from Klaus Schulze's musical legacy. It is one of those KS works that absolutely needs to be presented to the world, and of course the genesis of this album - as always - has its own unique story: It all began in late 2008 with a request from a German film production company asking if Klaus would perhaps create the music for a planned film documentary about computer hackers. In the end, it turned into a complete studio album, from which the director of the documentary "Hacker" - Alex Biedermann - would only use small parts as gentle background music. With "101, MILKY WAY," the complete work is now available for the first time - a greeting from Klaus' new cosmic home somewhere in the universe.
